Quotes and Lead Times

Preliminary quotes, lead times, freight estimates, duties, and delivery timelines are estimates until confirmed in writing for a specific project. Final pricing can change based on specifications, artwork, quantity, shipping method, material availability, and supplier confirmation.

Distributor Relationship

ForgeSpan Supply works behind the scenes to support distributors. Distributors remain responsible for their own end-customer relationships, commitments, approvals, and final sales terms.

Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos, or brand references, you confirm that you have the right to use them for RFQ review and production coordination.

Production and Shipping

Manufacturing, quality control, and shipping involve practical risks including sampling changes, production variance, transit delay, customs review, and carrier disruption. We work to coordinate projects responsibly, but no project is guaranteed unless confirmed under written terms.
